By using DanielZiedins.com you agree to these terms. The site exists to share the Gospel, encourage believers, and equip people for outreach, ministry, and Kingdom-minded work. Please use it lawfully and respectfully, and do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse its forms, or access parts of it you are not authorized to use.

2. Content and sharing

Unless noted otherwise, articles, guides, photos, and designs on this site are © Daniel Ziedins. You are warmly welcome to share links, quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back, and print guides such as the Field Guide and Outreach Starter Kit for personal, church, or ministry use. Please do not republish whole articles or sell the material without permission.

3. Ministry and outreach guidance

Outreach, prayer, and ministry guidance on this site is shared from experience to help you serve well. It is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. When serving in public, use good judgment, follow local laws and property rules, work in teams, and follow the safety practices of your church or organization. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

4. Giving

Gifts given through this site are freewill offerings to support ministry and outreach, and are never required to access content or stay on the email list. Card payments, when available, are processed securely by Stripe. Charitable receipts are available only for gifts made through E3 Canada. If you believe a gift was made in error, contact us and we will work with you.

5. The wider network and outside links

This site links to related ministries, tools, and organizations. Each of those sites is operated separately, may have its own terms, and is responsible for its own content and services.

6. No warranty

We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, including event dates and resource details, but the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
